I told you Star Wars-ology is our main course of study right?
Saturday morning we were driving down the street and noticed Storm Troopers on the side of the road waving at people. (Okay, so they weren't actually invading.) I thought this highly unusual and wonderfully unexpected so we turned around and stopped for a chat.
Turns out they were helping promote "free comic book day" at the local comic shop. The boys had such a great time talking with the actors and the artists (see the table at the right? That's where the artists were sitting.) And it was a terrific photo op! Of course we went home and immediately watched episode 1. :)Anyway, I'm hoping to make a blogging come back. The past few weeks have been tough with my Grandma passing away and our cat missing, but we're still treading water and trying to get back into the swing of things.

Oh my gosh - what a fun unexpected surprise! That would have totally made my husband's - I mean my boys' - day!
