walk, walk, walk!

I'm going to keep this short and sweet because I wasn't even sure I wanted to post it, but in light of my "whole life makeover" catagory I thought I should share.

I spent all of January developing the habit of walking a mile 3-5 times a week. I'm using an in home walking dvd. It's been really good for me and I enjoy it more than I thought I would. As a matter of fact I don't hate it so much that I did the 2 mile walk instead of the 1 mile today.

So anyway, I'm trying to get healthier and stronger and losing some weight would be a great thing to. I will probably not post about this regularly but if you're truely interested I've added a weight loss ticker to my blog that you can keep an eye on.
